Mould & die manufacturing
We build moulds and dies using CNC VMC machining with CAD/CAM programming, giving you a tool that’s accurate from the first shot, not adjusted into shape after multiple trial runs.
Mould correction & rework
This is where we save clients real time and money. If a mould is producing out-of-spec parts, wearing unevenly, or was never quite right to begin with, we assess it and correct it — bringing dimensions, parting lines, and surface finish back into tolerance without the lead time of building a new tool.
When correction makes sense (and when it doesn't)
Correction works well when the core mould structure is sound and the issue is localized — wear, minor dimensional drift, or a design tweak. If the tool has fundamental structural issues, we’ll say so upfront rather than patch something that won’t hold. That honest assessment is part of the quote, not an upsell afterward.

- Recommend — You get a clear recommendation: correction or rebuild, with reasoning and cost either way.
- Machine — Correction or manufacturing work is carried out on our VMC with 4th-axis capability for complex mould geometries.
- Validate — We check output parts against your spec before handing the tool back.
