Materials we regularly machine
Aluminium alloys, mild steel, stainless steel, brass, and engineering plastics. If your project calls for something outside this list, tell us the material spec — we’ll confirm feasibility before quoting.

Real Capability
What Our Shop Can Actually Do
A lot of machining sites talk about “state-of-the-art capability” without ever saying what that means. Here’s what we actually have and what it lets us machine.
What the 4th-axis rotary actually gives you
A standard 3-axis VMC can only approach a part from one orientation per setup — anything on another face means re-fixturing, which adds time and a small risk of misalignment. Our 4th-axis rotary lets us index the part and machine multiple faces or continuous rotational features (like helical profiles or gear-adjacent geometry) in a single setup. Practically, that means better feature-to-feature accuracy and faster turnaround on multi-sided parts.
Batch range
We’re equally set up for a single prototype part and for small-to-medium production batches — there’s no minimum order that forces you to over-commit before you’ve validated a design.
Tolerance approach
Every job is programmed in CAD/CAM before it’s cut, and every part is checked against drawing tolerances before dispatch. If a required tolerance is outside what our current setup can reliably hold, we’ll tell you during quoting — not after delivery.
