Why this matters more than it seems
A well-designed fixture directly affects your part’s final accuracy — if the fixture locates inconsistently, no amount of machine precision downstream will fix it. We design and machine fixtures with that in mind, using our VMC capability to build fixture bodies and locating features to the same tolerance standards we hold on production parts.
How we work with you
We’ll ask for your part drawing and, ideally, the process it’s used in (machining, assembly, or inspection) the fixture design changes depending on where and how it’s used. From there we propose a design, confirm locating and clamping approach, and machine it to spec.
