CNC Precision Built on Real Machining Capability
Machining Powered by Real Capacity, Not Buzzwords
At A1 Precision, we combine a VMC machine with an approximately 850 × 510 × 510 mm working envelope, a 4th-axis rotary setup, and CAD/CAM-driven programming to deliver components that are accurate on piece one and identical by piece one hundred.
We’re based in Kundrathur, Chennai, and we work with manufacturers who need a machining partner that tells them exactly what’s achievable — not just what sounds good in a quote.
- 850×510×510mm VMC machining envelope with 4th-axis rotary capability
- Every job programmed in CAD/CAM before it touches the machine
- Mould correction and rework expertise, not just new tool builds
- Every component inspected against drawing tolerance before dispatch

Our Story
Our Journey in Precision Machining
A1 Precision was founded to close a specific gap in Chennai’s machining industry: manufacturers were waiting too long for quotes, getting inconsistent tolerances, and often paying for a brand-new mould when a correction would’ve done the job. We built our shop around real machining capacity and CAD/CAM programming to fix exactly that.
Mission
To deliver precision-machined components — from single prototypes to medium-batch production — with consistent accuracy and honest, transparent turnaround times.
Vision
To become Chennai's most trusted name in CNC machining and mould correction, known as much for technical capability as for reliability.

Why Choose Us
Driven by Precision, Not Guesswork
We built A1 Precision around machine specs and process discipline, not vague promises. Every capability listed here is something we can back up with a drawing, a tolerance check, or a straight answer about what our machine can and can’t do.
Real Machining Capacity
850×510×510mm VMC envelope with 4th-axis rotary — a stated capability you can check against your part, not a marketing phrase.
Quality Inspection
Every component is checked against drawing tolerances before it leaves our shop — no exceptions, no “close enough.”
Experienced Machining Team
Strong hands-on experience in CNC programming, CAD/CAM, moulds, dies, and precision milling.
Batch Flexibility
Equally set up for a single prototype and a medium-batch production run — no forced minimum order.
Mould Correction Expertise
We assess whether your mould needs correction or a full rebuild, and we’ll tell you honestly which one actually solves the problem.
On-Time Delivery
Quotes within 24 hours, and delivery dates we actually hold to — because a late part costs you more than a slow quote does.

FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the questions manufacturers usually ask before sending us a drawing. If yours isn’t here, ask us directly.
Q1: What industries do you serve?
We machine components for medical devices, oil & gas, sensors and electronics, gear manufacturing, automotive, and general industrial equipment — as well as prototyping and R&D projects across sectors.
Q2: How long does a typical project take?
We quote within 24 hours of receiving your drawing. Machining lead time depends on part complexity and batch size — we’ll give you a specific date at quoting, not a vague estimate.
Q3: Do you only build new moulds, or can you fix an existing one?
Both. If your existing mould is producing out-of-spec parts, we assess it first — often a correction is faster and cheaper than a full rebuild, and we’ll recommend whichever one actually solves your problem.
Q4: What's your machining capacity?
Our VMC has a working envelope of approximately 850 × 510 × 510 mm, with a 4th-axis rotary setup for complex, multi-sided, or helical geometries.
Q5: Can you handle a single prototype, or do I need a minimum order?
We machine everything from single prototypes to medium-batch production runs — there’s no minimum order that forces you to over-commit before validating a design.
Q6: How do I get started with A1 Precision?
Send your CAD file or drawing (DWG, STEP, IGES, or PDF) to info@a1precision.in or call +91 98756 34567 — we’ll review it and quote within 24 hours.
